About Ian:
Ian Rushbury has 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, mainly in the UK, starting as a personal trainer in Holmes Place Nottingham and developing into roles such as Head of Fitness, Academy Manager and Commercial Development for energie Fitness, Virgin Active and Nuffield Health. Building programs and services for multi-site operators, as well as leading high performing teams across 100+ premium clubs. He joined Life Fitness as a Customer Experience and Training Manager International, in 2023 and is still as passionate about helping the industry grow and develop as he was back in 2004. Father of two boys, a huge sport enthusiast, Ian presents on a variety of topics to help health club operators maxise their products to inspire and support their membership base.
